  • You request a return within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Once a product has been installed on your vehicle, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. It is essential to thoroughly inspect the product for any defects or discrepancies before installation. If you discover any issues after installation, please refer to section 1.1 for eligible returns.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at info@twinrims.com within 10 days of receiving the product to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, and include a copy of the RMA form.
  • Ship the product to the address provided with the RMA number.

4. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged product), we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Inspection and Processing
